Rosetta Cookware is set up for high-volume B2B production — wholesale, OEM, white label and private label — with the flexibility to ship to retailers across Europe, the Gulf, Africa, and beyond.
Every product is pressed from 99.5% pure aluminium in the 1 mm to 4 mm thickness range, with wall thickness matched to the product line — fry pans lighter for fast heat-up, deep casseroles and oven trays heavier for even heat distribution and durability. We operate roller, curtain and spray coating lines, applying granite and non-stick finishes to interior and exterior surfaces. Bottoms receive a special stamp / rectified finish for stability on induction and gas hobs alike.
Capacity reaches 1,000,000 pieces per month, allowing short lead times even on large private-label orders. We support full custom branding, packaging design, custom carton printing, multi-language inserts and gift-box packaging on every SKU. Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), with documented occupational health, safety and social-compliance policies suitable for European and Gulf retailer audits.
